Booking Cancellation Policy :

Chauffeur Drive Vehicles –

a ) Cancellation made more than 7 days from the reporting date: 50% deduction of total billing amount.
b) Cancellation within 7 days before the duty reporting date: 100% cancellation of the total fare will be charged.

Terms & Conditions :

All quoted rates are in Indian Rupees.
Timing and mileage will be calculated from our garage to our garage.
All interstate taxes, toll taxes, parking will be charged extra as per actual receipts wherever applicable.
Night retention will be charged between 2300 hrs to 0500 hrs for local run as mentioned in outstation column.
Outstation km shell be charged on the basic of minimum 250 km per day on average of actual run whichever is higher.
In case of any new fee/levy introduced by government of India on these services, the same shall be charged as and when applied.
These rates are not valid for use of car for marriage ceremony / Wedding ceremony rates as per requirement.
These rates are not valid for higher terrain trips viz Badrinath / Kedarnath / Gangotri / Yamnotri / Spiti Valley / Leh & Laddakh.
GST will be charged extra @ 12% on total amount.
The email tariff is subject to change in case of any fuel hike.
